SanDisk is marking its 75th anniversary with a special release. It launched the ever-popular Snoopy with a special line of storage devices. The company has rolled out a portable SSD and a set of dual-interface flash drives.

The design of this device is inspired by the classic comic. They’re built for everyday use. However, they add a little fun for anyone who grew up with Snoopy.

Design and Style

The look is what makes this collection stand out. The 1TB portable SSD comes with a big Snoopy illustration on the casing, giving it a lighthearted feel without changing its small, easy-to-carry shape.
The Phone Drive A+C models take things further, using full comic panels that feature Snoopy on each one. Each storage size has its own colour, yellow, red, or blue, so you can quickly tell which is which.
SanDisk clearly wants this line to feel like a simple way to carry a piece of Peanuts around with you.

Performance and Protection

Even with the playful design, the hardware underneath remains the same quality SanDisk is known for. The Snoopy SSD utilises NVMe technology paired with a USB 10Gbps port, offering fast speeds of up to 1050MB/s for reading and 1000MB/s for writing.
It’s also built to handle real-life bumps. It survives drops of up to three meters. It also has an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance.
The dual-interface flash drives work with both USB-A and USB-C, making it easy to move files between phones, laptops, and tablets.
If you want extra help managing your storage, the SanDisk Memory Zone app handles backups and file organisation with little effort.
The two-port design on the Phone Drive series is one of its biggest advantages. It solves the usual problem of switching data between older devices and newer ones.
Since it works on just about anything, you don’t need to hunt for a special adapter. The Snoopy artwork simply adds a bit of charm to what is otherwise a very practical tool.

Price and Availability

SanDisk has kept the pricing familiar. The limited-edition Snoopy portable SSD sells for about $160, while the flash drives cost $12, $16, and $29 for the 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB models, respectively.
Since these are limited releases, they’re likely to appeal both to Snoopy fans and to anyone who likes tech with a bit of personality.
