UMi to launch new Bluetooth headphones next month

On the back of the original UMi Voix, UMi are going to launch a next generation UMi Voix next month with all new design and features.

Where as the original UMi Voix were an ear bud design, the new audio equipment will be a DJ style headphone, which may well be wireless. According to the details so far UMi could be using a CSR8670 chipset in the new Voix. This audio centric SoC is usually used in Bluetooth headphones and supports touch control and DAC audio.

If UMi have in fact made a headphone with touch control it would be similar to the rather good but quite expensive Oppo headphones.
