Oppo has circled November 18, noon, for the Indian debut of its new flagships — the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro. The timing fits perfectly between festive sales and year-end releases, a slot Oppo clearly wants to own.

Both phones already launched in China last month and went global a few weeks later. India is next, which isn’t surprising — it’s one of Oppo’s most loyal flagship markets.
Design-wise, the new pair looks familiar but cleaner. You get soft curves, smooth glass, and a tone-down color palette: Titanium Gray and Space Black for the X9, while the Pro version shows up in Silk White and Titanium Charcoal. Nothing loud here, just calm confidence.
The shift inside is more interesting. Oppo dropped Snapdragon this time for MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500. That’s a quiet statement — performance still top-tier, but with better efficiency and fewer heat spikes. The 6.59-inch AMOLED on the X9 and 6.78-inch panel on the Pro should show it off nicely.
Then there’s the battery. 7,025mAh for the X9, 7,500mAh for the Pro. Those are huge numbers for slim phones. Oppo seems done chasing millimeters; now it’s chasing endurance.

The Hasselblad camera system returns, tuned again for natural color rather than punchy saturation. It’s a subtle shift that gives photos a real-world tone — something people notice more than they expect.
Both models ship with Android 16-based ColorOS 16, smoother and less cluttered than before. It finally feels global, not just adapted from China’s version.
Pricing is still under wraps. In Europe, the Pro sits near €1,299, so the Indian price will decide how competitive these phones really are. Under the right tag, Oppo could have a quiet winner.
No wild promises, no experimental design this time. Just solid engineering, big batteries, and a sense that Oppo knows exactly where it stands in the flagship race.
