Oppo Find X9s Pro Variant Tipped With Dual 200MP Cameras and Battery Upgrades

We've been hearing rumors and seeing a couple of leaks around a new Oppo Find X9s variant. This device would follow the footsteps of last year's Oppo Find X8s, offering a compact flagship approach for consumers. Now, it seems that Oppo is ready to deploy a new Pro variant. We haven't been hearing about a Pro variant, but the tipster @TechHome emerged today with a fresh leak pointing to the Oppo Find X9s Pro specs. This one also delivers a compact body, but it will dominate in the camera territory.

While the regular Find X9s is already shaping up to be a strong device, the Oppo Find X9s Pro variant appears to take things to another level. According to the leaked details, the phone will feature a 6.32-inch 1.5K flat display, keeping things relatively compact compared to many oversized flagships. However, it will still be a powerhouse and a solid camera contender.

Under the hood, the Oppo Find X9s Pro is expected to run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, putting it firmly in high-end territory. The RAM and Storage remain a mystery, but we expect it come with the usual 12GB RAM and up to 512GB of Storage.

The Oppo Find X9s Pro is tipped to include a 200MP HP5 main sensor (1/1.56”), paired with a second 200MP HP5 periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom, also using a 1/1.56” sensor. Dual 200MP sensors in one phone are not something you see every day. A 50MP ultrawide camera rounds out the system, alongside what Oppo calls a “Danxia Color Restoration Lens,” likely focused on improved color science and image accuracy.

The battery capacity also looks impressive. The device is rumored to pack a massive 7,000mAh battery with 80W wired charging, plus wireless charging support. That’s a rare combination — especially in a phone that isn’t pushing past 6.7 inches in size. Durability won’t be ignored either, with IP68 and IP69 ratings expected, along with a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.

The details are still scarce for this particular variant, and while these specs sound credible, we need to digest this with a pinch of salt. Also, if this is the Pro with a compact display, large battery, and powerful camera, we are curious to see what remains for a vanilla variant.
