Blackview are hoping to capture their own piece of the sub $100
Android phone market with the 4.5-inch
Blackview Breeze which looks just like a mini OPO.
Chinese smartphones have come on a long way in recent years, and as hardware, design and build continue to improve we are seeing some killer phones for the mid-range and high-end segments of the market. Entry-level Chinese phones are also getting better all the time too, but to create sub $100 phones some designs do tend to be influenced on others.
Take the Blackview Breeze for example. This is an Android phone with 4.5-inch display, quad-core MT6582 chipset, 1GB RAM and 8 mega-pixel F2.0 main camera that can be bought online for only $70. Compare those specs to the type of sub $100 phone you will find in stores and it isn’t bad value for money.
Of course at this price range the phone is designed for someone who just needs a cheap phone rather than a cutting edge piece of kit, which is just what the little
OnePlus One clone has to offer.
Like the real OPO the phone has a metal frame, comes in black or white, but get’s dual SIM support, a removable 2000mAh battery and space for a 32GB SD card.
