Beidou Big Cola 2 will be a 5.5-inch quad-core phablet!

Yesterday we published spy photos of the Big Cola 2 along with rumours the new phone could sport a 5.3-inch display, we were wrong! It turns out that a 5.5-inch screen is more likely!

At 999 Yuan ($160) the Beidou Big Cola 2 has plenty of competition from other quad-core MT6598 equipped phones. Models which come to mind at the iOcean X7, UMi X2, Neo N03 and JiaYu G4, however at 5.5-inches the Big Cola 2 might have them all beat!

According to new reports Beidou have decided to not only boost the processing power and the display, but they will also equip the phone with a 13 mega-pixel rear camera, 3 mega-pixel front, Android 4.1 and 2GB of RAM. Body thickness will measure in at around 10.9mm which should be enough room to squeeze in the 3000mAh battery!
