As reported last night, Ringing Bells indeed launched a sub-$7 phone in India, the Ringing Bells Freedom 251.
True to its name, the Freedom 251 costs a mere 251 INR or $3.6. We got all sorts of suggestions from readers when we initially wrote about this phone, but Ringing Bells somehow seem to have put together a decent piece of kit.
I know it's the specifications you're here for, so let's get at it without wasting any time.
