Prototype Oppo PM-1 panar magnetic headphone spotted

Here at GizChina we know Oppo as an emerging Chinese phone maker, but internationally they are better known for their Bluray players and soon their new premium headphones.

As usual Oppo have produced something very unique to distinguish themselves from the rest of the crowd. These prototype Oppo PM-1 headphones were on show at CanJam where forum member from Head-fi.org managed to get some ears on time with them.

Full specifics have not been released but the PM-1 uses a unique an exclusive planar magnetic driver design with oval-shaped diagram. These design differences reportedly give the Oppo headphones mild bass lift and rich detailed mids.

Asthetically they are some of the best looking headphones we have seen too, hopefully they will be priced reasonably once launched.
