Xiaomi CEO,
Lei Jun, is in Beijing now preparing for the
launch of the new Xiaomi devices tomorrow. Photographers reveal that the Mi boss is sporting the unreleased Xiaomi
Mi Band.
Xiaomi will
launch new devices tomorrow, and like any good CEO, Lei Jun is busy preparing to unleash his companies new products on to the world. We are fairly certain that we will see a
Xiaomi Mi4 launch during the even, and there are also strong possibilities that a
Xiaomi Mi3S and
LTE equipped Redmi phones might be on show. But tomorrow could also be the launch of Xiaomi's first every
wearable.
The
Xiaomi Mi Band (as we dubbed the wearable a few weeks ago), has been pictured a few times on the wrist of Lei Jun, and it appears that today he is wearing it again. The device seems to be a basic wearable with rubber wrist strap and is believed to simply sync to your phone, allow you to make calls, see notifications and also monitor exercise.
Earlier rumours suggest the Mi Band will cost only 199 Yuan and attendees to tomorrows launch will receive a Mi Band for Free.
