It might have been launched at the start of the year, but the powerful IUNI U2 is still a great phone and not it costs almost as much as the entry-level Xiaomi Redmi.
As IUNI now have a new flagship phone, the 5.5-inch IUNI U3, the company have decided to slash prices of their IUNI U2 device to an incredible 999 Yuan ($163), making it the most affordable Snapdragon 800 smartphone on the planet.
The U2 also boasts 2GB RAM, impressive 16 mega-pixel rear camera, ultrapixel front camera, with a 4.7-inch 1080p display wrapped in an all alloy body. For those of you who need a little extra in the memory department there is also the 1199 Yuan version with 3GB RAM and 32GB memory.

From our own experience the IUNI U2 has a better camera than the new U3, and as such a small size and price we expect them to be flying off shelves. The only bad news is that there is no LTE on these phones and they will only be officially on sale in China, but keep your eyes peeled for deals.

it’s just a 11.11 price drop.We are going to see many of these deals on the following week.The problem is that if you don’t live in china you won’t be able to get those deals,period.Resellers are going to sell everything at the same price, you might get a 10$ off discount if you are lucky.
i don’t think so, right now on the iuni’s website the price for the 16gb is CY 999 and 1199 for the 32gb.

Hi Yury, thank you but I want to buy the phone at 1199 Yuan. On aliexpress the prices are around $300. I wanted to buy a Redmi 1S but if I could get the Iuni U2 32GB version, I will be very happy.

i think that there are two aspects of growing richer, earning more and spending wisely, so if someone would buy a little outdated, but still quite attractive model with a good discount, i wouldn’t mind.
as for me, i would prefer u3. too small. 5″ would be much better.

It doesn’t have an English language ROM. I’m sure of this because mine was delivered today and I just spent a long afternoon trying to work out why I couldn’t switch the system to English. Its a pity because its a really nice phone aside from this issue!

Dear Andi or someone else how ownes an Iuni U2 (32gb). I received this phone a week ago and it is an amazing phone. Props for Iuni. But a have a problem, because i made a mistake when flashing a new beta rom from Iuni with gapps. I now have lost all sound and wifi. I need to flash it back to the custom rom or something. Can anybody help me out? All the sites are in chinese and there is one in french, but they don’t react. I need to get in contact with somebody who can help me. Pleas Help!
