Are we going to finally get Bluboo Xwatch in May?

The wait for the upcoming Bluboo Xwatch is slowly turning into Wating for Godot. First mentions about the Bluboo smartwatch dates back to October 2015 and we were supposed to get the product somewhere around the start of 2016. Now its already April and we still have nothing of that sort.

But nothing is lost and today we have some good news for the Bluboo fans, because it seems like that maybe, just MAYBE we can get lucky in May and the Xwatch will finally get an appearance with price tag somewhere around 100$. The sources are legit, but until we see the launch with our own eyes nothing is certain.

Gizchina News of the week

So until then let’s just do a quick recap about the Xwatch alleged and expected specs. As usual with a chinese product we are first tackling the most important information, that the Xwatch wristband is going to be made with the same silicon as Apple uses with their smartwatch. Congratulations. For those who are not silicone fans there are leather and metal wristband options to get.

The hardware side of things should be pretty decent too, circulat 1.3-inch display with 360×360 pixel resolution, MT2601 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, 512 MB RAM. 4 GB of storage space and 480 mAh battery. Everything packed in metal body and being only 9.8mm thin it once again calls for major brand product comparison, because for example Moto360 watches are 11.4mm think and Apple Watch 10.5mm thin. Functions are pretty standard for this level, GPS, pressure sensor, altimeter and heart rate sensor being among them.
