eBooks Now Available On Android Market


The prospect of the Android Market moving in to the e-book game, or even the music or movie market, was reported last week after we the discovery of three active sub-categories found on the Android webstore.

Now, those once dorment URL’s are slowly waking up and the first to do so is the book market!

According to Tech-Crunch the new book subscription service for Android is now active, but will only work for those accessing the Android market with an Android 3.0 tablet, or via the web version of the store.

It is thought the Android Book Store will eventually make its way to devices running Android 2.2-2.3 in the future.

Available books are sorted in categories for both paid and free books as well as recently added, but you are also able to search the store through the search function.

Now, books are available how long will it be before music and movies also come to the Android store?
