We’ve already covered news that Chinese online resellers are happily taking people’s cash for the all new iPhone 5, but now it seems more Chinese stores are accepting preorders!.

The latest batch of iPhone 5 resellers on China’s e-commerce sites are accepting payments of around 1000 yuan for you to secure the next generation iPhone when it finally arrives.

Gizchina News of the week

While Apple have yet to release details of the new iPhone or even confirm a specification or release date, some Chinese sellers are claiming the new iOS 6 equipped handset will cost around 6,999 yuan ($1,100) for the base model!

We love an iPhone 5 rumor as much as anyone, but if the new iPhone looks anything like this, then we will be really upset and be heading to the nearest HTC reseller here in China!
