Gaoxinqi announces 5.7-inch phone with quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3

The Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core chipset has been around for a while now, and as prices have dropped it has enabled users to get quad-core power at affordable prices. However, Gaoxinqi have gone a step further and produced a low-cost high performing 5.7-inch phone with the chip!

The Gaoxinqi F1 is look a lot like a larger Samsung Galaxy Note 2, but rather than featuring a Samsung CPU, receives a powerful Tegra 3 unit running at 1.5Ghz with 1GB RAM.

The F1 also features 4GB of built in memory, a 8 mega-pixel rear camera with LED flash and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean all nicely packed away in a 10.2mm shell which possibly means a 3000mAh battery!

It all sounds good doesn’t it so what’s the catch? Well from what I can see the only catch could be network compatibility and pricing which have yet to be announced, even the huge 5,7 inch display manages to be an impress 720 x 1280 720p HD display!

We can see no reason why the Gaoxinqi F1 couldn’t go on sale for as little as 1999 Yuan ($320) and if it down, it is going to be one of the hottest phones on the market this year!
