Samsung planning supersize 5.9-inch phablet this year

Regardless of your preference to smartphone screen sizing, manufacturers are under the impression we all want bigger panels. Samsung, the originators of big screen phones are rumoured to be going bigger than ever with a new 5.9-inch phone launching later this year!

Samsung might have been the first to launch a big phone, but they are no longer the phone phablet maker on the planet. Huawei have the Ascend Mate, ZTE the Grand Memo and more are on the way.

According to the Korea Times, Samsung have a new phablet device up their sleeves which may of may not be the Note 3. The new phablet is rumoured to have a huge 5.9-inch Amoled display and Samsung's latest Exynos 5 Octa processor!

Best to take this rumour with a pinch of salt, until more details are announced.
