Samsung to launch ultra-cheap dual-sim Galaxy Note Neo!

Samsung are to wade in to the ultra-cheap smartphone market with two new Galaxy phones name the Samsung Galaxy Note Neo!

The big news around the Samsung campfire is the Samsung Galaxy S4 is on its way, but it's not the only new Galaxy device to arrive this year. The Samsung Galaxy Note Neo will be available later this year and will come in either dual-sim or single sim configurations.

Pricing hasn't been mentioned, but judging by the tiny 3-inch QVGA display and 2 mega-pixel cameras expect something very cheap!
