Should have gone with 2GB’s of RAM. Shame, it was great until I got to the RAM part… 🙁 I tend to have a few app’s running in the background, which is why I always get an extended battery.

Seems everyone is having issues with 2GB RAM and MT6589 CPU’s

“Umi Mobiles has already commenced production of ‘Final Version” of Umi X2 and currently packaging…” (from umimobile facebook)

I suppose UMI has solved it somehow, unless they are talking about 1G version.

The ebera phone is already a fail, to have such a nice and big screen and no full HD.

Have you seen the FUll HD UMI Antutu Scores, I don’t think Mediatek 6589 will be able to take Full HD and score high in Benchmarks, so better is 720p, but I agree with you about 2GB RAM

@Andi: do all the phones having 2gb ram are having problems? Few are already out there.

“… and to ensure you have enough juice for a full date the battery is 3800mAh capacity cell!”

    says 5.55Wh on the battery.

    5.55Wh at 3.7v is somewhere around 1300mAH

Apparently MT6589 does not bode well with 1080p screen and 2GB RAM. hopefully Mediatek could solve this in their flagship CPU later this year. I have few MTK6589 phone and it just perform on par with a Snapdragon dual core or the older Exynous.
