Exclusive first look at the Snapdragon powered JiaYu S1

It's a great day for JiaYu fans today, we have an official Jiayu distributors list, a first look at the JiaYu G5 and now exclusive photos of the JiaYu S1! Keep reading for more details!

Until this year Jiayu have been primarily known for manufacturing high quality Android smartphones running the latest Mediatek processors. To this date they have steered clear of other processors and 1080p displays, but this is all going to end with the introduction of the JiaYu S1!

The JiaYu S1 will welcome in the an all new premium range of JiaYu phones which will run more powerful chips and boast advanced features. The S1 is rumoured to be powered by a Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset running at 1.5Ghz, there will be a least 2GB RAM on-board and yes the display is a 5-inch 1080 panel!

Not much else is known about the S1, but we can hazard a guess at a battery size of around 3000mAh, a 13 mega-pixel rear camera and hopefully a more up to date 5 mega-pixel front.

More details as they arrive, which I don't imagine will be anytime soon.
