    The Xiaomi should launch a mobile phone with the following specifications:

    – Dual sim (dual standby);
    – WCDMA (850, 2100Mhz);
    – 3000mAh battery.or better;
    – Display 5 inch.

      Then let’s see what would be the final specification of Mi3.

      Only dual-band UMTS is useless for global use.
      It needs to have a 5-band radio (850, 900, 1700+2100, 1900, 2100) to work universally, just like with voice in 4-band GSM.
      The Chinese phone and chip manufacturer really need to step up here quickly.
      And then we still have the even bigger LTE(-A) mess waiting for us.

    You should buy Lenovo P780 then, it is already available now. This phone meets all of your criteria.
