What is this mystery Xiaomi device?

Phone maker Xiaomi are no stranger to adopting devices and opening new markets, and a new leaks shows they have a new device in the works but what could it be.

Gizchina News of the week

The black device reminds us of the new Mac Pro, however it is unlikely that the black product with blue LED and vents in the base is a Xiaomi PC. “Ping 20.13.11.20” is the only tip we are given suggesting that 20th November is the launch and that it could be some sort of WIFI router. The size could indicate that this could also have built-in storage capabilities much like Apple’s Time Capsule.

Anyway, whatever it is the speculation can hold off until tomorrow.

I reckon it’s a bluetooth speaker. They recently released earphones, so it wouldn’t be a stretch to imagine they’re still in the audio game.

I think it’s network hard drive, with quite some possibilites, something similar to Western Digital MyBook Live series
