I’d take international shipment for 2014, forget domestic availability!

Xiaomi is moving way too slow on these releases. They introduce this phone with 4 options, then initially only offer 1 and months later are still lagging on release? I still want one, but the tech is looking less and less appealing with each passing week.

On the other hand, maybe I’ll just head down to the Shanghai cell phone market and pick one of these 64GBs up…

Even I’m looking at alternatives to the Mi3 due to the wait…

Same. At this point it’s whoever gets their product to Taiwan first, Gionee with their Elife E7, or Xiaomi with the Mi3. I’m going crazy with my ancient iphone4 over here.

is it possible to get the Tegra-4 version and use in other countries? Does making it open-line or something work?

Only if your carrier supports TD-SCDMA 3G, which is very rare unfortunately.

    Does the
WCDMA compatible version (Snapdragon 800 powered) support English language ROM? Can a foreigner initialize the first boot to English rather than Chinese?
