Vivo to enter India, Malaysia and Thailand!

It was only a matter of time that Vivo would follow the likes of Oppo and Meizu to pastures new. After the launch of the Vivo Xplay 3S yesterday, the Chinese phone maker has announced it plans to enter 3 new markets.

Shen Wei, the President of Vivo, has said that the premium phone maker intends to enter India along with other Thailand, Malaysia and a few other lucky Asian markets. The choice of Asian countries is a safe bet for Vivo, and one which Xiaomi, Gionee, and Oppo have proven will work.

I think UMI has spoiled their name because of poor customer care & handing over the sales & service to third party dealers instead of maintaining it by themselves…
Also, they have not kept their promises by delivering the phones on time. Instead many customers including me have been waiting for UMI X2 from the past 7 months after paying full amount…

Such is the pathetic condition & reputation of Umi in India. I dont know how Vivo live upto Indians expectation & their promises…..

Good luck Vivo. Never ever spoil your name in terms of poor customer service. Being an elegant brand with premium pricing, i think you will definitely succeed in India if you stick to simple marketing ethics….

Thanks for your interest in entering Indian market & we warmly welcome you on behalf of whole country…. Work hard & keep up your promises… thats alll
