Rumour: Meizu to launch Snapdragon 800 LTE Meizu MX3 at CES


2014 is Meizu’s year to enter the international arena and they could be doing so with an updated version of the Meizu MX3 with LTE and Snapdragon 800 chipset.

Meizu upped their game at the start of 2014 with news that they will attend both CES and MWC along with plans for entering in to the U.S phone market. News from sources near to Meizu have suggested that the first phone Meizu will launch stateside will be the Meizu MX3, with updated processor and LTE support.

According to news over on Russian tech site Mobiltelefon.ru, Meizu may very well have a Snapdragon 800 powered version of the Meizu MX3 which they plan to launch at either CES or MWC. This Snapdragon version will support LTE too, while the rest of the hardware will remain the same as the current Exynos Octacore version.
