HTC Desire 310 with MediaTek processor and 4.5″ screen surfaces

HTC’s Desire 310 made a quick appearance at the company’s Europe website earlier today.

Before the listing was taken down, sharp eyes had a glance over the specs sheet of the device, which indicates inclusion of a MediaTek processor. This makes the Desire 310 HTC’s first phone to feature a MediaTek branded heart. To be precise, the phone will have a quad-core MediaTek MT6582M running at 1.3GHz, a lower spec’d variant of the MT6582. Apart from this, the specs sheet mentioned a 4.5-inch FWVGA (854 x 480p) display, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of ROM with microSD expansion, and imaging hardware consisting of a 5 mega-pixel rear and a VGA front camera.

Gizchina News of the week

A 2000mAh battery will be powering the internals, controlled by Android v4.2.2. No word on pricing or availability yet, but the listing suggested the Desire 310 will be available in Black and White colour variants.

HTC still makes phones for no one? Who needs that smart with so poor specs in 2014? Price will sligthly higher than any chinaphone, ‘coz HTC is a brand. But any modern chinaphone more powerful and cheaper than HTC wannabes. May be it’s a kind of taiwanese marketing?
