We have heard rumour that LG might be first on the market with a Mediatek 4G LTE phone, but Meizu have said it will be them!

According to news straight out of Meizu HQ, Meizu next phone will come in 4 versions with one of them a Mediatek powered model running a MT6595 processor with 4G LTE capabilities. This isn’t the first time that we have heard this, nor is it the first time that a possible 4 MX4 models has been suggested.

Gizchina News of the week

Apparently 3 of the 4 Meizu MX4 models will be called the Pro, Mini and Uni, a forth name hasn’t been offered but it seems likely the Mini will be the Mediatek MT6595 powered phone and the Uni could be an Ubuntu model.

Meizu haven’t come forward with their comments just yet, but knowing the people behind the phone maker we will more than likely hear something soon. The Meizu MX4 is expected for a launch in Q3.

I don’t really care about LTE as we don’t use it in my country. I would rather buy the fastest 3G phone with a bargain price out there.

Beautiful, the prototype picture… It’s not a smartphone without board tomorrow will come but very tempting 😉
