The iOcean X8 is a 2014, Mediatek flagship phone with octacore MT6592 processor, 2GB RAM, FHD display and Gorilla Glass 3 front and rear panels. This all adds up to a phablet with subtle lines, and a classy glass and alloy finish, usually reserved for devices costing up to 3 times as much.

Starting from next week we will be posting questions for GizChina readers to answer for their chance to win the iOcean X8 smartphone. Each day we will post 2 questions which you will be asked to answer. Like the previous giveaway you will be asked to make a note of the first letter of each answer and then told what to do with those letters on Sunday.

The rules will be the same as our previous giveaway which was won by GizChina reader Aftab from Kenya.

While you wait for the iOcean X8 giveaway you might want to check out our previous iOcean X8 coverage:

Watch out for the start of the competition and good luck to all who enter!

Thanks to iOcean for supplying us with the iOcean X8 phone for this competition. You can keep up with more iOcean news on their Facebook page.

Great….answered correctly and followed patiently for doogee Valencia giveaway but couldn’t answer in punchtab after 3rd question as the box freezed.

    Andi….some questions?
    – what was the purpose behind only 1st letter of each ans cos was very confusing….
Ambiguous ans not sure which one to choose although later clarified…
    – how do u chose a winner…lucky draw or first entry…
    – rules remain same…so disappointed as unclear…..
    – any way so it’s fair for all:)

Andi I ll suggest you like just post all the questions and give a day time as standard time is different, instead of conducting for whole week.
