Ex-Apple CEO backed company launches OPPO N1 clone

The OPPO N1 design seems to have gotten so popular that it’s managed to leave even people of the stature of John Sculley smitten!

Sculley is known for one of his latest ventures, Obi Mobiles, besides being an ex-Apple CEO in the 90’s famous for ‘firing Steve Jobs’. His brainchild in Obi today announced the Obi Falcon S451, alongside a couple other phones, in India. While we have no exceptional interest in the other devices (they’re the usual 1GB/8GB, MT6582, 8MP/5MP sets…), the Falcon S451 does catch our attention… for being an OPPO N1/N1 mini impostor.

So, Obi have not only not had to design the phone, but they’re also not manufacturing it by outsourcing it to a third party.

Obi haven’t had a great start in India, and they hope to make it big in the Middle East. Take a look at the Obi website for more info.

Those are some of the most boring and in the case of the N1 clone, ugly phones I have seen.

This guy seems to be the worst person for a CEO level. There is no sole in these devices. Complete waist of investment.

Yes. This is uninspiring. It reminds me if BLU. They don’t make ANYTHING, they just resell stripped down versions of lesser known manufacturers products. But they’re not shy about claiming that they make it and sticking their name on everything!
