JiaYu S3 Flagship Antutu Scores

jiayu s3

Chinese fans of JiaYu will soon be receiving their flagship JiaYu S3 with 3GB RAM, and these are the JiaYu S3 Antutu scores they can expect to see.

JiaYu are releasing two versions of the JiaYu S3, the entry-level version with 2GB RAM has already started to ship to customers who preordered it in China, while the 3GB RAM model will soon be on its way.

Looking at current Chinese pricing, the flagship JiaYu S3 is currently the most affordable MT6752 64bit smartphone with 3GB RAM. In China it costs 999 Yuan for the 3GB RAM model in comparison to 999 Yuan for the 2GB RAM Meizu m1 note.

Gizchina News of the week

With the announcement that JiaYu fans will soon get their 2015 flagship, JiaYu have also revealed the Antutu benchmarks for the phone. Running the MT6752 with 3GB RAM on the S3 results in an Antutu V5.6 score of 41,172, slightly more than the iOcean M6752 Rock with the same amount of RAM and similar hardware.

We are hoping to receive the JiaYu S3 later this week so stay tuned.

I wonder what score the MT6795 will have? Or there is one out there that I’ve missed it?

    • January 19, 2015

I’m wondering same too. With the rumors of LETV releasing a MT6795 smartphone tomorrow. Lets keep our fingers crossed and wait.

        Meizu MX5 will have MT6795 🙂
        i hope so.

This surely is a rock solid performance. Its true that Antutu scores arent everything but this, at least, gives us a rough idea of what the performance of the phone will look like.

Just wanna know Andi, do you know of any MT6752 smartphone with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM? I have been searching for this but have only seen the 16GB ones been launched.

Phones makers should really stop this ROM strike, stingy attitude that is going on. I mean we are in 2015! “Bring out 128 GB phones at a competitive price already” *in a Mortal Kombat voice*

I am more concerned about the battery, as I have no doubt it will be fast. From 11:06 – 98% to 11: 13 – 95%. 3% in 7 minutes. To extrapolate, it will give average SOT of 3.92 hours.

That’s not how it works. Unless you use your phone to crunch number 24/7.

Sorry for the off topic, but I want to ask something:

On coolicool they have nubia z5s at 199 USD.?Ussually this phone was above 300USD.

    Am I missing something?

Probably old stock. Snap 800, with 1080p display and 2300mAh sound like fun (with wall charger/power bank) though. Oh that 16GB (8GB for your data) non-expandable too.

also iuni u2 has similar price, it’s just an old mobile that will never see a lollipop update, people who bought it seems happy with it but not too many roms ar available… I was interested too but jiayu s3 is about 189 dollar now… micro sd 5.5 screen, removable battery…. I don’t want to buy a phone that maybe I’ll sell again in a couple of months, battery is also only 2300. It has same nexus 5 configuration.

So? The fact is that G4S has a lot more rom available for it, it’s your problem if you can’t find it (I just tried MIUI v6 on G4S, let’s see Zenfone ever having it). If your choice of phone is dictated by whether XDA make a forum for it or not then you should stop looking at chinese brand with little to no international presence.

Andi, I was very interested in the 2GB Jiayu S3 for 899CNY ($145USD) but it seems the price is actually 1174RMB ($189). Was this a Jiayu marketing ploy to get people interested by publishing a fake price across the internet?

    • Jason45
      January 20, 2015

If you are living in China, you can buy at the advertised prices. You know that Chinese prices are not worldwide prices, right?

Most Chinese manufactures do not have webshops that ship outside China, so you basically have to pay a mark up price to resellers.

Yes I live in China. Do you know where to get the S3 at 899CNY? I’d love to buy this phone. I can’t tell if this is a bogus price, Jiayu didn’t make enough stock yet, or both.
