Huawei Holly now priced at just £74.99

Huawei have hacked the price of their Huawei Holly phone based on social media shares, bring the cost down to only £74.99 on Amazon.

The Huawei Holly is an entry-level Android smartphone which was released on a few markets outside of China earlier this year. Originally the phone was listed at £109.99 on Amazon, but after a promotion which had fans share to reduce the cost the Holly is now listed at only £74.99.

For a big name phone the Huawei Holly is quite the steal, but compared to similar phones from Elephone and Ulefone the specs aren’t quite so impressive.

Gizchina News of the week

The Holly has an older MT6582 chipsets, 1GB RAM, no LTE, 8 mega-pixel rear camera, 5-inch HD display and 2000mAh battery. With a little searching you could find a similar phone with the newer MT6732 and LTE for around the same price.

Still if you are in the UK and looking for an affordable phone this could be one to look at.

Thanks to Simon for the tip.
