Oppo could be planning to launch the Oppo Find 9 with hidden ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and Snapdragon 820 says latest leaks.

Remember when Oppo launched the Oppo Find 7? Yeah. it was a while ago and since then there have been a ton of amazing phones released. To refresh you the Find 7 launched early in 2014 and since then the company have largely focusses on the R range of thin fashion phones.

So has the Find range been put to bed? it would appear not, as rumours of an Oppo Find 9 do keep cropping up from time to time such as those discovered today.

Gizchina News of the week

Apparently the above image shows the lower section of the Oppo Find 9 with narrow bezel and rectangle chin area. Not much to look at but the details say there is a hidden fingerprint scanner under there using Qualcomm’s ultrasonic fingerprint tech.

Those same details go on to suggest the Oppo Find 9 will launch with a Snapdragon 820 processor, interesting timing considering Qualcomm will officially launch the latest chipset in China on the 11th December.

Adding the Oppo Find 9 to the Snapdragon 820 line up, we wonder which will come first? Xiaomi Mi5, LeTV Le 2 Pro, Vivo Xplay 5s or Oppo Find 9?

Hidden as in invisible for the eye.
Although iT sounds great i doubt it will be as user friendly as a visible button or area.

Would-be cool of you just have to touch somewhere on the screen/chin.

I’m literally dying for some rumors or anything about the Find 9. But I agree with Jolu if it is a fingerprint scanner is built in to the screen that would be awesome.

This is more like it, hoping the xplay 5s has the same tech. Don’t like the rear mounted fingerprint scanners and embedding it in the screen is the best solution and will allow the chin of the phone to be made smaller. Happy days!
