The new upcoming Ulefone phone Ulefone Future is currently in the presale period and you can get it until May 25th for the $239.99 price.
Ulefone Future offers 5.5-inch FullHD display, octa-core Mediatek Helio P10 processor clocked at 2 GHz, 4 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. Main camera has 16 MPix sensor, battery capacity is 3000 mAh with fast charge support and the phoen also has USB Type-C and fingeprint sensor built-in the edge button. Everything then runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

Main selling feature of the Future is certainly the bezel-less display and in the video below the company is trying to promote it. The result is a bit contraproductive, because the display seems much more bluish than it should be, which isn’t so reassuring especially for the promo video. The company explanation is as follows : “You may find the display is bluish in the video. Sorry these days light condition in Shenzhen is very bad for video recording while our camcorder can’t manage to show the right color tone.” Wel…alright.

The Nubia Z9 bordeless phone did this with better design and functionality and is immensely gorgeous 🙂 albeit with better specs too..

ulefone Future with Nubia Z9 has a similar appearance and similar configuration. ulefone Fture price is $ 269.99, and Nubia Z9’s price is $ 700.
Unfortunately Ulefone/Elephone software and hardware is nowhere as good as the top smartphone companies in China. Also, the internals are cheap materials.
Meanwhile the Nubia Z9 borderless was released last year with a SD810 3/4GB RAM, 32/64GB internal space and all glass back. Also, I just got a 99% new (second hand one) for 200-300 🙂

Whose to say they haven’t overlayed that video onto the phone? It’s all static and never moves! Could be fake like Elephones renders etc…

Can‘t be overplayed. Have a look at the areas i have marked in the screenshot. First of all, you can see the effect of curve and i don’t think Ulefone staff can make it, otherwise they will not always release frugal videos. Second, on the lower edge of the display, you can see relection on some area while you can’t see in some other areas, and i think that’s where the camera man himself has blocked the light. Case cleared!!!
But the whole thing is potentially a mock up, especially when its somehow floating above grass…

I like the Ulefone Future bazelless smartphone, and it will have 4GB RAM, Android 6.0 OS, that sounds great. Oukitel K6000 pro also has Android 6.0.
