New addition to the Homtom lineup with the HT17 model will bring the first phone in the market equipped with the quad-core MT6737 processor alongside the Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Marshmallow build for Homtom HT17 is allegedly designed the way to natively support the Google Search function meaning you don’t have to turn off the apps and go directly to it. Android 6.0 should also increase the download speed and allow the changing of the keyboard shortcuts in the drop-down menu. Battery life should go up too, theoretically even by 30 percent and there will be also the Doze function for optimalization of the energy consumption.
Homtom HT17 will be equipped with trhe OTG function for better connectivity, fingerprint scanner with up to 0.3s unlock speed and we cant’t forget the fast charge support with Pump Express present as long as global bands 4G support.
Aside all those hardware specs Homtom HT17 should offer pretty attractive design too and color design choices with white, dark blue and champagne gold. The phone will be 7.9mm thin so comfortable to hold.
Flash sales of the HT17 model will start on June 2nd and according to the company’s statement the price will be kept really low. The flash sales will be happening for example here or here, but the list of the participating resellers will grow surely in the next days.
