6-inch 360 phone has 3 x 13 mega-pixel cameras and Snapdragon 820

360 dual camera phone tenaa

If you are fed up with all these ‘small’ flagship phones, then the latest 6-incher from 360 might be what you have been waiting for.

The latest 360 phone to show up at TENAA this morning is a model with all metal build, large 6-inch display and rear dual camera design. In fact many of you who saw their phones last year will recognise the 2016 design has hardly changed.

From the TENAA listings the hardware of the new 360 device includes a Snapdragon 820 chipset running at 2.15Ghz, 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory (the same hardware as the recently sighted Nubia Z11).

Gizchina News of the week

The phone sports a total of 3 cameras with the front and rear sensors all being 13 mega-pixel sensors, and a slightly thicker 8.3mm body to house a large 3900mAh battery inside.

Previously 360 had launched some of their phones in India so there is a slight chance that this flagship phablet may also get a larger release and even a Google supported official ROM.

This device also has a 3GB+32GB version.

There is one more phone , similar specs to the 360 N4 but huge battery and metal back.
    1505-A01- 5.5 inch 1080p , 151.94×75.28×8.48 mm, 175g, Helio X20 at 2GHz, 4GB RAM , 32GB NAND and microSD , 4920mAh
Given that the N4 is 899CNY , this one could be just a bit more.

175g!! i find that hard to believe with the hardware you mentioned

It’s heavy because of the battery and metal back, the N4 is 140g with 3080mAh and plastic back.
Granted there can always be typos at TENAA and the battery could be something else. Anyway, if they did manage to fit that battery in this body, that’s impressive enough.

A big battery to complement the bigger screen is always nice.
    Definitely 2K resoluttion.
Waiting to see what the camera is, and how international friendly the software is.

It’s 1080p AMOLED so it’s gonna look poorly and the battery is 3600mAh.
      1509-M02 and 1509-A00 – 6 inch 1080p , 156.5×80×8.3mm , 175g , 3600mAh , SD820, 3/4GB RAM, 32/64GB NAND and microSD
The pricing might be interesting as they are very aggressive this year. Big screen devices usually have a big premium but lets see if they can do 250$ +/- 20$ or so.
if i link straight to it ,the link ends up broken so find the 2 models(3GB and 4GB RAM) here http://shouji.tenaa.com.cn/Mobile/MobileNew.aspx

If you mean its not heavy enough, the Redmi Note 3, Meizu m3 Note are 163-164g with 4000mAh so 175g should be doable with a slightly bigger battery.

Wait to see it in action. Dual sensors doesn’t guarantee good pictures. Also how is the 360 ROM? Is it loaded with 360 bloatware?

      June 3, 2016

It’s a typical Chinese Rom with a big inspiration on Miui and some “own stuff”, call it bloat :P, but still lacking a lot to be considered good for non-chinese users. Dunno if they have improved it this year, but overall not my cup of tea.
