Vivo Y35 5G spotted on TENAA with key specifications

The Vivo Y35 5G smartphone has appeared on the TENAA certification website before going official in the coming days. To recap, Vivo launched the Y35 smartphone back in August.

Now, it looks like a 5G-ready version of the handset dubbed Vivo Y35 5G will hit the store shelves soon. According to a Chinese tipster, the Vivo V2230A will launch with the Vivo Y35 5G moniker in China.

Notably, the TENAA listing reveals a slew of key specifications of the Vivo V2230A. For instance, it confirms the Vivo Y35 will sport a mammoth display panel.

Also, the TENAA listing confirms the presence of a 13MP camera sensor on the back. Moreover, a robust 5000mAh battery unit will be powering up the entire system.

In addition to this, the listing confirms this cell will support 18W fast charging. The Y35 5G will have a 6.51-inch LCD panel with an HD+ resolution. The 4G variant, on the other hand, delivers a Full HD+ resolution.

The Vivo Y35 5G will pack a 5G-enabled processor that has a peak frequency of 2.2GHz. Regrettably, the TENAA listing does not shed more light on the chipset.

To recap, the Vivo Y35 4G packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC under the hood. The 5G variant will feature two cameras on the back.

This dual rear camera setup includes a 13MP main shooter and a 2MP sensor. Upfront, the phone houses a 5MP selfie camera. The Y35 5G will support 18W fast charging, according to the device’s 3C listing.

The phone’s dimensions are 164.05 × 75.6 × 8.15mm and it weighs 186 grams. Notably, the Y-series smartphone will boot Android 12 with OriginOS on top.

The side edge will have a fingerprint scanner that will double up as the power button. Also, the TENAA listing suggests the phone will be available in 4GB, 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB of RAM options.

Also, it will offer 64GB, 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB onboard storage options. However, Vivo is still mum on its plan to launch the Y35 5G smartphone outside China.
