Bluboo Maya Max with Sony IMX214 sensor should be launched July-August

Bluboo are planning to expand their Maya lineup with another model and after the already announced vanilla Maya the next one in line should be the Maya Max. This new phone will be probably released sometime in July-August and the Maya lineup will be finalized with some yet unknown and unnamed third model later on.

In terms of hardware specs not much is yet known about the Bluboo Maya Max, but few info tidbits have surfaced anyway. The phone should be allegedly equipped with the camera using Sony IMX214 sensor so aiming slightly higher than the basic Maya.

According to our insider information it should also get big 4200 mAh battery capacity and will be using Android 6.0 Marshmallow as the OS. With the summer months release it’s quite expected that more details and information is going to be available in the next days.

What a pile of marketing mumble – aiming higher… They’ve used IMX214 in Xtouch already, only to prove that not just the sensor makes a phone camera. Keep trying harded Bluboo.

I think no one on this planet is interested in this phone, since it will be an other MT6580 crap…

Is that picture from the real Bluboo Maya Max?
I hope they still keep the stylish diamond pattern back cover!!! 😉
And yes, an upgrade to a 4G-enabled SoC would also be really nice! 🙂
