Elephone C1 – another phone in the making?

These days most of the Elephone-based action is centered around the new Elephone S7 and potentially Elephone R9, both models should make a presale appearance this month already.

But seems like the Elephone engineers are really working around the clock, because right after they more or less finished working on the S7 and E9 they focused their minds and hands on yet another device to expand the company’s already bloated portfolio.

Piece of rumor just landed in our mailbox along two pictures, so the new Elephone C1 seems legit and you can even already look at its design. And on top of that we have some specifications of this upcoming phone for you.

Gizchina News of the week

C1_Elephone

Based on the pictures it’s clear that Elephone C1 will be available in two color, dark blue and gold. Display should be an 5.5-inch one with HD resolution, phone should have Android 6.0 Marshmallow as the system and fingeprint scanner will definitely make an appearance. Body of the phone will be full metal so looking good on the design front.

But that’s about everything we know about the planned Elephone C1 model, but knowing Elephone enthusiasm i’m sure we will know way more about it in the coming days.

I believe that this model will cost less than 100 Euros, if it does, it will be a success!

Elephone are deliberately taking the same names as Samsung devices and copying the style to confuse customers!
This is outrageous, first the S7(no surprise here), but now Samsug has a C line and their next phone is branded C1!
Absolutely Outrageous, how are people still paying money for Elephone devices is beyond me!

Of course, compared to the models that are releasing in September, this looks like a toy …. but with a low price as specified, can impose in an entry-level market.

I’m pretty sure it will get 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM and the shitty MT6580…

This new model C1 seems in the likes of other previous Elephone smartphones. I guess the company maintains their own style. And I also think it is still early to discuss the phone, the price will hold a key factor of its success.

I guess Elephone have a few leftover bezeled screens they need to get rid of.
Guessing this will be their new basic entry model.
