TCL and Blackberry’s new devices will be shown off at CES 2017

This is an interesting time for Blackberry and TCL. The two companies have an agreement that will see the Chinese brand product Blackberry branded phones. The result of this agreement will be available for all to see at CES 2017 next year.

The agreement sees the Blackberry working on the software side of things while TCL controls the hardware sect. The phones made by TCL will run on Blackberry’s software, which will ideally produce the best of both worlds.

The biggest question on everyone’s minds is whether Blackberry will have any say in the design of the devices. Regardless of Blackberry’s input, the devices will still be marketed as Blackberry devices. So if we want to see what the result is like, we’ll only have to wait until January to find out.
