On today’s presentation Xiaomi announced Mi Notebook Air 4G in cooperation with China Mobile. This partnership was made by the two companies because new notebook has built in LTE modem that can be used with any SIM card.
New Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air 4G is available with data plan of 4GB in China Mobile that cost additional 130 Yuan monthly or 48GB yearly for 1560 Yuan.
Specification of Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air 4G
New laptop has the same design as previous generation. It is made of metal and available in two variants 12.5-inch and 13-inch display.
Both notebooks have FullHD resolution displays and very thin frames around it, that are around 5.5 mm. Bigger version is more powerful and have Intel Core i7 clocked at 3.0 GHz which is backed by 8GB DDR4 RAM, 256GB SSD hard drive and GeForce 940MX graphic card. It can work up to 9.5 hours on one battery cycle and have built in AKG speakers.

12.5-inch version on the other hand is equipped with Intel Core M3-6Y30 processor clocked up to 2.2 GHz which is supported by Intel HD Graphics GPU 515. Notebook has 4GB DDR3 RAM and 128GB SSD hard drive.
Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air 4G Pricing
Both of notebooks are available in two colors – gold and silver. Their prices are following:
- 12.5-inch version: 4699 yuan (about $676)
- 13.3-inch version: 6999 yuan (about $1010)
Unfortunately, both of them probably won’t be available outside China market, same as previous generation Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air.
