Ulefone Offering A New Flagship For Only $1!

Ulefone have decided to start the New Year with a offer that could let you buy their new flagship for only $1.

Chinese phone makers are now in a rush to build up as much hype around their products as possible before the Chinese Spring Festival action (so watch out for plenty of ‘offers’ in the coming weeks). The first manufacturer to show their card is Ulefone who have an activity that could mean you buy their new flagship phone for just $1!

The offer will be held in a lottery style where customers will be able to buy a lottery ID for $1 (or 3 at a time if you’re really motivated to win). A winning ID will be chosen at random on the 11th January.

Gizchina News of the week

At this time we don’t know anything about the new Ulefone Flagship, and even the activity image says the phone is unnamed, however we have a feeling that the draw could be for the Ulefone Gemini Pro which will have dual rear cameras and 128GB memory.

For more details and to enter the competition head over to the Ulefone activity page here.

    Yeah, some more junk B.S.
Probably what these phones actually cost to make….
Or what their GUARANTEE is worth LOL

      They probably cost more.

    $1 too much…LOL
So what happens if you buy any brand (and there are quite a few) of these cheaper Chinese phones and they go wrong (or explode) ?
Do any of the GUARANTEES actually work to the buyers outside of China ?
I suggest you buy a well known brand for a little bit more with a GENUINE worldwide guarantee.
And looking at some of the specifications of a majority of the phones they are not that advanced, but they are cheap….
Beware buy at your own peril !

        Aiyrl, my dear friend.
Where is the fun in working hard to save up your hard earned money to buy a phone, only for it to blow up, not work or break down and find out that the guarantee is useless ??

Just because you are are probably a paid reviewer and you get these cheap phones for free and if they break down, you can throw it away and use another one.

Please be slightly more objective and less flippant and maybe we will believe the nonsense you guys write.

The fun is that when you take the risk and win. it doesn’t matter how hard you worked for it, that’s the foundation of gambling it has always been this way are you new to the concept of gambling, the thrill of getting away with murder…. Go do some research on the psychology of risk taking

And it looks like your out of context as here the discussion is about 1$ if your really worried about that amount stay off the internet and save that dollar off your next internet bill

            hi,
you seem to raise an interesting point Assefa.
are you talking about the psychology of gambling or murder ?
and also, does this $1 phone idea promote gambling ?
do you have to provide them with an email address and a credit card number.
because if you did, wouldn’t that be silly ?

            • Assefa Hanson
              January 2, 2017

It is a fact that the 1 dollar promote s gambling do you think only one person will try and buy the phone for a dollar and for all that do, do you think they all will get the phone for a dollar

Btw I was talking about the psychology of risk taking

Looks like your lost, I suggest you visit a Samsung website etc or stay away from all online transaction people that use sites like these aren’t worrying about warranty as much because they are importing they know the risks involved and some don’t have the privilege of local brands

Again I suggest you don’t look for “well known” brands on Chinese websites seems like you don’t get the point…

        hi.
this looks interesting, maybe i’m going to play the devils advocate.
are you saying that buying a cheaper chinese phone brand is
        a gamble ?
        and if it works..great
and if it does not…throw it away and try again ?

        • Assefa Hanson
          January 2, 2017

I am saying there is risk involved in importing phones that’s common knowledge, and you suggested if it does not work throw it away or try again but funny enough that is what happens even right as we speak don’t people buy certain brands get disappointed and try another one do you think everyone has the option to return their device with some kind of warranty or guarantee?

      • wot u sayin
        January 2, 2017

some phones start at $60 all the way up to $600+
at $60 maybe it is worth the risk, but at $600 would YOU take the risk ?
OR should all phones, whatever the price be of a certain standard and quality?

        • Assefa Hanson
          January 2, 2017

I would not take the risk at 600 but that’s me, all phones SHOULD be of a certain standard and quality, but when I got up for the billionth time out of bed I realized that I’m in the real world that isn’t perfect, so all phones will never be of a certain standard and quality, that is just an ideal

this event was the biggest farce I have ever seen. I won the MT6737 Gemini. This one has nothing to do with a Flagship. It is like they promised a Boeing 747 and give away a fruit fly. fraud!
