Samsung Galaxy S8/S8 Plus: their alleged dimensions leaked?

This could be interesting – as long as it turns out to be true of course. It seems that a smartphone case manufacturer has leaked the official dimensions of both the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus smartphones, several months before their official unveiling.

According to the leak, the Samsung Galaxy S8 will reportedly weigh in at 140.14 x 72.20 x 7.30 mm, being a bit shorter and thinner than the Samsung Galaxy S7, but also wider than the 2016 flagship. What’s also interesting is the fact that the new device will pack a 5.7 inch display, significantly larger than the 5.1 inch display we find on the Galaxy S7.

Gizchina News of the week

The same rumors insist that the larger Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus will pack a 6.2 inch display with its rumored dimensions reachingĀ 152.38 x 78.51 x 7.94mm! This way the S8 Plus model will beĀ taller and wider compared to the Galaxy S7 edge, again due to the larger display.

As you can see from the two leaked images, both phones seem to lack home buttons since they will both have an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner embedded below the display. Don’t get carried away just now, as you know all of the above is only rumors so far, so take it with a pinch (just a pinch) of salt.

Yeah, that’s really bad. I think the devices will feature it, but these concepts are not right and I think a fake too.
