Alcatel Idol 5S spotted on GFXBench, comes with 5.2-inch FHD display, Nougat


We’ve seen this device (Alcatel Idol 5S) a couple of months ago, when it was first seen passing by Geekbench for a set of benchmarks with impressive results as you may remember.

Today we’ve got more information on the upcoming model after it was spotted on GFXBench for another set of benchmarks, that reveal a lot about its hardware. We already know that the upcoming model will be equipped with an octa-core MediaTek Helio P20 processor along with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory with microSD slot expansion.

Today’s benchmarks reveal that it will pack a 5.2 inch full HD display, and it will ship with Android 7.0 Nougat right out of the box. The Idol 5S model will pack a 12MPixel main camera, along with an 8MPixel selfie shooter and it will surely have a fingerprint sensor – not sure yet whether it will be placed in front, or on its back.
