Oppo may not have any new devices, but they refuse to stay out of the news. The company has come up with a new variant of the Oppo F3, that being the RED Edition. The new variant was recently teased by the company, though nothing else has been revealed.
The teaser image shows us the silhouette of the Oppo F3 with a red sheen around it and a black display. The image reminds us of the Oppo R9s Valentine Edition, which basically had the exact same colour scheme. The red Oppo R9s was exclusive to China, while the Valentines Edition was exclusive to Malaysia.

Despite this, the device is still just an Oppo F3, so we’re still getting the sameĀ 5.5-inch FHD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. It is powered by an octa-core Mediatek MT6750T processor paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage which is expandable up to 128GB. There’s also the 16MP + 8MP front camera and 13MP rear camera on board.
When exactly the device will launch is unknown as the image simply teases it as ‘coming soon’. We can’t imagine Oppo taking more than a few weeks launch the new variant however, since they do want to stay in the news as often as possible.
