Huawei Mate 10 gets more than 625,000 registrations on VMall


The Huawei Mate 10 series of smartphones are all set for their first sale tomorrow, the 20th of October and it has already crossed 625,000 registrations on VMall, Huawei’s own shopping portal. The Mate 10 series of smartphones were announced a few days ago and were made available for pre-order through VMall and a few other online and offline retailers on the 17th of October.

The Huawei Mate 10 series of smartphones consists of the Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro Mate 10 Lite and the Mate 10 Porsche design. The Mate 10 will come in three variants, 4GB+32GB, 4GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB which will be available in China and an international version with 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage. All the Mate 10 phones except the Mate 10 Lite(Kirin 659) are powered by Huawei’s in-house Kirin 970 processor.  The 4GB+32GB variant will be available in Bright Black whereas the other two variants will be available in Bright Black, Champagne Gold, Mocha Brown and Cherry Gold.

The prcinv=cing of the Huawei Mate 10 smartphones will start at around 3,299 Yuan, with the Mate 10 Porsche Design being the most expensive of the lot. The Mate 10 series of smartphones have amazing specs on-paper, but will they translate to as good a performance in real scenarios, only time will tell!
