We’ve been hearing a lot about the upcoming AllCall Mix2 and its alleged specs, design and whatnot. Today, we finally get some confirmations on the actual hardware we’ll find on the phone, going from the trendy 5.99”-inch 18:9 display with all-screen design and the good performing Mediatek Helio P23 CPU paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage to fast wireless charging and a facial recognition system.
Since the AllCall Mix2 comes with the latest Mediatek SoC, the phone will also be able to sport the fastest LPDDR4X RAM and an high resolution 2K display. The Helio P23 sports a 16nm manufacturing process and features eight Cortex A-53 cores clocked to up to 2.5GHz and Mali-G71MP2 GPU. Compared to the previous generation it should be roughly 10% more powerful and 15% more power efficient.
To match the powerful SoC, the AllCall MIX2 will be accompanied by 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage that can be further expanded up to 256GB using a microSD card. The large amount of RAM should help higher-resolution displays run apps or games, and make the smartphone smoother overall. So, according to everything we know as of now, the AllCall Mix2 should be a pretty fast phone with lots of storage for photos, videos and games. We’ll have to wait and find out how much it costs before going ahead and suggesting it though.
