Yesterday, the Chinese leading smartphone vendor announced its next flagship named the Honor 10. The latter is a great handset in all terms. It looks like the Huawei P20 not only externally but also internally. But as you guess, it costs way less. Say, if the P20’s starting price is 3788 yuan, the Honor 10 is priced at 2599 yuan (the 6+64GB model) and 2999 yuan (the 6+128GB model). In this sense, our protagonist is focusing on younger customers. But at the same time, it comes with a number of trendiest features. Today, the company announced it’s available for pre-order. And it will ship at 10:08 am on April 27.
The Huawei Honor 10 sports a 5.84-inch screen with a resolution of 2280 × 1080 pixels. An invisible fingerprint scanner is placed below the display. It has a curved glass body that passes through various processes to provide gradient color effect. There are a few color options including a gull gray, magical night black, phantom blue, and phantom purple color.
In terms of configuration, the Honor 10 is equipped with a Kirin 970 processor. The chip is based on a 10nm process node and uses Cortex A73×4+Cortex A53×4 architecture. The GPU is a Mali-G72 MP12 with a maximum of 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The battery capacity is 3400mAh. It supports 5V/4.5A fast charge. The phone runs on EMUI 8.1.
In terms of photography, the Honor 10 sports a rear-mounted 24MP+16MP dual-camera with an aperture of F/1.8, dual-core phase focus, and a front camera of 24MP supporting AI Beauty.
