Reports coming out of China suggests that Xiaomi Group has gone into an agreement with Shanghai Songjiang District Government and Lingang Group to build a massive Xiaomi Ecological Chain Industrial Park in Lingang Songjiang Science and Technology City. This industrial park will cover an area of 100,000sq/m. Within the park, we will have notable Xiaomi properties like Xiaomi Ecological Chain East China Headquarters and Xiaomi (Shanghai) Industrial Design and Research Institute.

Xiaomi Ecological Chain East China headquarters will occupy the core space of the park with an allowance for expansion and development. When this industrial park is completed, it will probably contain ALL Xiaomi products as it is scheduled to hold about 100 Xiaomi Eco-chain enterprise. Recently, Xiaomi announced its expansion into exploration and it established a precious metals business department, exploration products department, and investment department. Xiaomi is one of the fastest growing brands in China and its expansion project has been going well so far. However, such a project is quite huge and the company has to be careful so as not to go on a fools’ errand.
