For Xiaomi, there is no secret in the appearance of the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3. This smartphone will arrive on October 25th. Now, a Xiaomi official has released video of the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3. This video shows the slide display and you get to see the smartphone from all trajectories.
Xiaomi co-founder and president, Lin Bin, said that he made several design plans for the Mi MIX 3. According to him, Xiaomi applied for the technical patent of a pop-up camera phone in 2015. The engineering of the pop-up camera smartphone is also ready but he finally chose the slide screen for the Mix 3. Apparently, the pop-up camera design does not meet the full functional requirements of the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3. No doubt, a pop-up camera design will not have enough space for other sensors required for the Face ID feature.
A recent screenshot of the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 multitasking page shows that the Mi MIX 3 display has a resolution of 2340 Ă 1080 with an aspect ratio of 19.5: 9. This makes it the first Xiaomi OLED screen with a 19.5: 9 aspect ratio. Compared with its predecessor, Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S, the Mi MIX 3 is thinner and the screen resolution is better (Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S uses 2160Ă1080 and the screen aspect ratio is 18:9).

From the speculations so far, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3 may come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. A 10GB RAM variant of this smartphone is also in the works. This will be the first-ever Xiaomi smartphone with 10GB RAM and it may just be the worldâs first ever 10GB RAM phone to hit the market (OPPO FIND X 10GB version is currently not listed).
