Many smartphone makers have unveiled a punch-hole design smartphone this year, however, Vivo is not one of them surprisingly. But that could be changing soon as a tipster from China has just revealed that Vivo is working on an alleged Vivo Z5X that has a punch-hole in the front screen and a whopping 5,000mAh battery.
This would make the Vivo Z5X not only the first to have a punch hole but also the first to have such a big battery in the Z series. Also, it seems that the series is being refreshed very fast as the Vivo Z3X was released this month itself. There’s not much info about the upcoming Vivo Z5X but it seems we will soon be getting more juicy nuggets soon in the form of leaks. The Vivo Z5X is also likely to be priced aggressively as is the case with previously launched Z series devices. Moreover, it will compete with the Galaxy A60 in China which is priced CNY 1999.
As for the Vivo Z3X, it flaunts a Snapdragon 660 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It’s pretty similar to the Vivo Z1 but has a 16MP front shooter instead of a 24MP one and a 13MP rear lens along with a 2MP depth sensor. Expect more details about the Vivo Z5X to trickle in in the coming weeks.
