When Huawei announces Nova 5 series tomorrow, June 21, it’ll also announce a new Nova Speaker accessory. An image of the upcoming speaker was shared on Twitter by @RODENT950 who is practically a source for Huawei-related news.
The Nova Speaker features a cylindrical body with a speaker grille at the top. It features the same green paint job (Frog Forest) that is expected to come with the Nova 5, except for a textured finish. We can’t take our final conclusion just looking to the image, however, the upper part of the device seems to be aluminum while the bottom seems to be made of rubber/plastic.

The Nova Bluetooth Speaker has the new Nova logo in grey engraved on its body. On the bottom side, there is a power button beside what seems to be an LED that should light up when the device is turned on. While the technical specs of the speaker are yet to be revealed, it should probably not cost more than $20.
Huawei’s Nova 5 series will be disclosed tomorrow. We expect to see two devices, Nova 5 and the Nova 5 Pro. The Pro variant should be another powerful Huawei flagship thanks to the Kirin 980. The Nova 5, in counterpart, will fit the premium-midrange desires thanks to a lesser Kirin 810. While the chipset isn’t powerful like the 980, it still is a premium 7nm chipset. Finally, itāll be available in colors such as Frog Forest, Bright Black and Midsummer Purple.
