Samsung is gearing up to launch the Galaxy Note 10 trio on August 7 Unpacked event. There will be a standard Note 10, a plus-sized and a 5G version of the plus variant. Today, the latter paid a visit to 3C certification confirming some tidbits about its charging capabilities.

The Galaxy Note 10+ 5G bearing the SM-N9760 model number popped out in 3C listing with a 25W charger. That’s exactly the same speed that will be found in the standard Galaxy Note 10+. Apparently, both handsets will support up to 45W fast charging, however, this will require an optional charger with such capabilities. That’s sad that Samsung has opted to make users pay more for the best available fast charging capabilities. After all, the Galaxy Note 10 series will be really expensive, and users are willing to get a complete package.
No user wants to pay more than $1000 in a smartphone, and then, having to pay more to get full charging speeds. Unfortunately, that will be the case for the Galaxy Note 10+ 5G, unless that Samsung comes up offering the optional charging in special bundles. As previously mentioned, the Galaxy Note 10 trio will go official on August 7. That means that we’re just a few days from knowing the new king of phablets. More importantly, the handset will kick the second season of flagship launches, that should soon be completed by Apple new iPhones, Google Pixels and Huawei Mate 30 series.
